Happy Monday to you all. It is grey and dreary and rain stricken here in my part of the world, but we had a beautiful weekend, and I'm warm and cosy, so life is good.
The home I'm going to show you today belongs to Lis and Hans of Denmark. The effortless blend of two of my favourite design styles - Scandinavian and Moroccan - makes it a very exciting home for me. The layers of colour and pattern in the rugs, cushions and artwork soften the white background adding warmth, texture, and loads of style.
Just when we thought Winter had set in early this year, with days of rain and jackets pulled out of the back of the wardrobe, we've been blessed with a gorgeous sunshiny day here in Hawke's Bay. It's put me in the mood for flowers and pretty pastels - a perfect time to show you some images from Amy Butler's Gypsy Caravan photo shoot. These are behind the scene photos taken by Amy on her iphone, but they've come out beautifully, don't you think?! Gypsy fabric will be available to purchase from your favourite independent retailer in a couple of weeks.
