La Luna Rose Jewellery

Dael & I are so excited about our newest arrivals in the shop. We have selected a gorgeous range of La Luna Rose jewellery designed by the lovely and free-spirited Rosie Shelton. The pieces combine sterling silver with beautiful Japanese glass beads, which add a fabulous splash of colour and pattern. Rosie's love of colour and endless travel has resulted in this amazing jewellery - pieces of happiness for you to wear.

These have already proven super popular, before we were even able to get them into the shop, so pop over quickly and check out the whole selection. As some of the pieces have started to sell out, please don't despair if your favourite has gone - drop me an email and I will put your request in with our next order. With summer and Christmas just around the corner, these pieces will make great gifts, and will definitely enhance your wardrobe for the party season.

Pony Lane

I'm excited to introduce you to a fabulous online homewares and gift store belonging to Wellington sisters, Karina and Jennifer. When travelling overseas they filled their suitcases with treasures and souvenirs, and friends back home were very envious of their finds.

After many requests for items on their next trip, the girls decided to share the love and Pony Lane was born. Instead of packing items into their luggage, these days crates of goodness are delivered straight to their door.

Pony Lane products are individually sourced with a focus on everyday staples for the home. But they're also the exclusive stockist of the gorgeous range of 'Craft Me Up' products by a third clever sister, Angela. As a big fan of Florence Broadhurst fabric, I absolutely love Angela's cushion range, and she also creates a fabulous range of bags and jewellery.

This is a just a fraction of what's on offer at Pony Lane, so pop over and see more. Be sure to check back, and follow them on Facebook, as the sisters plan on many more treasure hunts to share with you.

MagnaPix Fridge Magnets

Your fridge is the perfect canvas for your kids' artwork, postcards from friends, and photos of your loved ones. You often have a medley of magnets holding everything up, but what if your magnets were your favourite photos!... MagnaPix is a New Zealand based business that will turn your digital images into glossy fridge magnets. The magnets are 68mm square and come in a pack of eight.

I recently tried out the process to see how easy it was to create my own magnets, and was pleasantly surprised at how simple it was. Once I had chosen the eight photos I wanted to use I just had to select them and upload.

Once the image has been uploaded you can enlarge or reduce it by clicking on the plus or minus icons, and move it around until you're happy with the position. I chose some pics of my beautiful girls, and doubled up on a few to give to my Mum.

When you've uploaded all eight images and are happy with how they're looking, you're ready to complete your order. Easy peasy!

Within days the little package was delivered to my door.

I used my craft knife to run around each edge and they popped out ready to display.

I'm thrilled with the result, and will definitely use them again. My Mum loved hers too, so they're a great gift idea; and would also be excellent for corporate use - a photo of your product with your logo and/or website, and you have magnets for marketing.

The lovely team at MagnaPix have offered a whopping 30% discount for all Cush & Nooks readers. Enter the code mag30off at the checkout and enjoy the savings on your very own personalised magnets. To see more examples pop over to the MagnaPix Facebook page.
